"Keroko" simply means "Frog Girl" or "Frog Lady" in Japanese.
Long long time ago...,
When our CEO still was a high-school girl, she was collecting frog goods.
As the sound frogs make often is described "kero kero kero..." in Japanese laungage, her friends started calling her "Keroko."
"-Ko" means "child" and is very common to be the end of girls' names in Japan.
Now she is also known as "Kerotee" or "Kero-chan."
And she named the company after her nickname.
